Blimey that's a bit of a hard day today. Only 70miles or so but I'm pooped. River crossing extreme!

Excellent days riding lead by the daring Chris Barrable, 7 blokes and a lady pushed to the limit, exploring new lanes coupled with some old favourites, weather was good, bike repairs worked, new lanes were superb, if a little difficult, enjoyed by everyone, I'm aching and a little immobile this morning, the sign of a good workout.........
