Chew Valley CB easy run 2 Feb

5 of us sploshing through easy lanes in glorious sunshine.
Took some photos of Burledge (pasty lane) which appears undamaged despite council reporting to me that it was. I have emailed him photos and report that it is undamaged despite the heavy rain recently.
Also noted that the Woolard Peppershells lane has "Unsuitable for Motors" signs that I dont recognise. Must be fairly recent and confirms UCR status - no one can claim it is a bridleway etc. Bizzare aint it that this means it is legal for motor vehicles !
Pasty stop had us talking to a lady police officer who wanted to know if we were riding illegally (?) I said we were the legal lot and no we handnt & dont often (i truthfully never have) see anyone riding illegally. She seemed ok with it & ignored the number plate size. Perhaps she thought that my number plate was in fact 8"...
