Cracking day out at the Exmoor forest ride

Hi Gents,

Just a quick message to say thanks for all who helped on Sunday after I took my spill,
Speacial thanks to Chris Biggs, Luke, Paul and Clung.
I've cracked a few ribs and will be out of play for a bit, but look forward to getting back in the saddle ~

The event was well worth the trip and I've passed on my thanks to the organisers and paramedics for their professional recovery.
